Antique Baby Shoe

I need YOUR help. Someone, somewhere, somehow, has got to have seen this pattern.......I feel it in me bones!
I crocheted a pair of these little shoes more than 10 years ago from an antique pattern.
Do you recognize it?

    That is a really beautiful shoe and I do hope you locate the pattern...would you make a couple pairs to sell? gosh it's beautiful!
