The finished Pumpkin colored doily

I began this journey with an earlier post. I won't lie....it was not an easy one to crochet. Mind you, I'm no beginner......but, man, was it WORTH it.
I really like the looks of it.

I am still hungry for crocheting....[Is it the same as craving chocolate?].....so I will keep crocheting until I can talk myself back into knitting.

  1. That is gorgeous! I was just looking at some of my Patricia Kristoffersen patterns to see if I was inspired to crochet again. Instead, I found another doily I want to tat!

Beautiful work, and I love the color!

  3. That is just simply gorgeous. And you did it from a chart??? I have a difficult time following charts when I'm on a moving bus or train. But it's not so bad if I'm in a motionless location!

  4. Ooooo, pretty!

Okay, orange is my favorite color, and I hadn't thought of doing something so intricate with the gobs of orange crochet cotton that are hidden about my house...

... but now that you've shown me the light, I expect Something Will Happen to correct my utter lack of lacy orange things!

  5. That is gorgeous! It makes me want to run out and get some orange crochet cotton, but there's a baby sleeping on me...

I will definitely be making something similar when I find the time
