This year, I didn't even put out any ornaments - couldn't find them here on the boat. But we did have a traditional dinner via a potluck with about 50 other cruisers in Barra de Navidad, Mexico!! Much better than the frozen convenience store burritos we had years ago when I forgot to shop for food.

Terry - aka SailingKnitterTerry Sailingknitterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11958773891548687218noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4418781008871113310.post-72558887136429953762007-12-31T06:47:00.000-08:002007-12-31T06:47:00.000-08:00Let's see... when we get the whole clan together (...Let's see... when we get the whole clan together (me and my parents, plus my husband and his 80+ relatives), it gets a bit... dicey. I'm pretty sure there was a turkey/stuffing casserole, sausages, waffles, candy corn (and marshmallows... the kids love it), salad, something pink that tasted good, rolls, butter, cherry pie, and dog food (for the dogs... and the under-three set, as it turned out).

There may have been more, but the clan has a LOT of teenage boys, so I missed it!CraftyGryphonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06702580015333337417noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4418781008871113310.post-72912520405673231112007-12-26T19:13:00.000-08:002007-12-26T19:13:00.000-08:00We had roast beef, potatoes, homemade bread (by me...We had roast beef, potatoes, homemade bread (by me) a fabulous salad (made by me) and delicious desserts...eaten by ME. We had a good day with the children and grandchildren. I LOVE your tree. I have two Lenox roosters to give to my Mom. I want to keep them, they look great in my livingroom and are so pretty. Well, I can visit them when we go to Maine!
BonnieAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4418781008871113310.post-62886092852491554362007-12-25T23:02:00.000-08:002007-12-25T23:02:00.000-08:00I love pork roast.I had Prime Rib roast, garlic sm...I love pork roast.
I had Prime Rib roast, garlic smashed potatoes, fresh asparagus and spinach salad.
